How do I choose an Owala item?

Review the description, media and valid selectors together. Depending on the listing, these can describe capacity, size, color, material or style for drinkware, bags, pet items, care products and replacement parts.

How long does delivery take?

Preparation normally takes 1–2 business days after payment authorization, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in carrier transit. The Shipping Policy explains both stages.

Are returns and exchanges available?

Yes. Eligible new defective and non-defective goods may be returned, and exchanges are accepted. Apply within 30 days after delivery, obtain approval before mailing, use the free prepaid label supplied in the parcel, and pay no restocking fee. See the Refund Policy.

When is a refund started?
